big 10

I can’t believe my baby is 10.  Seriously, where has the time gone?

We planned a fancy dinner party theme with all mini food and lots of crafts – perfectly fitting for Piper!  Thank goodness Granny was here to help – I never would have gotten everything ready in time without her help! We decked out the table in the dining room with pink and purple, added in dollar store feather boas, tossed in some fancy “silver” mini forks and spoons (plastic), and voila – a dinner party fit for 8 crazy 4th grade girls!  of course they added their own crazy fun with all the dancing and balloon popping.  So happy this kid had new friends to celebrate with this year – but we do miss the old friends.  We definitely missed Samantha, Kate, Sophie, and all the other girlies back in Texas who have celebrated with Piper the past four years.
